To improve the security of our systems, Information Technology Services is now enforcing the use of Microsoft Authenticator as the multi-factor authentication (MFA) method for accessing Point Park University account resources. Email and SMS (text) authentication methods are no longer supported. Please be advised you may have limited access or be blocked entirely from accessing Point Park University systems if Microsoft Authenticator is not your multi-factor authentication method.

Detailed instructions for Microsoft Authenticator are available from our FreshService Ticketing System FAQs solutions articles:

  2. 2. Set up via the Microsoft Account Site (only available to current users): My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com or https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo. You will be prompted to set up Authenticator as soon as the page loads.
